Requirements
- Strong work experience of working with children, young people, and their families
- Experience of delivering targeted early interventions for children and young people
- Proven record of working collaboratively with schools, social services, and health partners
- Experience in managing a caseload and risk, and attending Team Around the Family (TAF) meetings
