Residential Support Worker

Residential Support Worker needed for a full-time role at Castlelaw Cottage, a residential home for two young people with complex needs. The successful candidate will provide person-centered care, support daily living, and implement structured routines.

Requirements

• Experience in residential care, special needs, autism support, or positive behavior support
• Ability to build genuine, meaningful relationships with the young people
• Clear and sensitive communication skills
• Emotional resilience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
