Job Description
Join Action for Children as a Residential Support Worker and help give children safe and happy childhoods. The role provides quality residential care for young people aged 11-18 with complex needs, promoting a safe and nurturing environment. Experience of working with children or young people is essential, and a HNC in Social Care is desirable.
Requirements
- Experience of working with children or young people
- HNC in Social Care and SVQ 3 in Children and Young People's workforce social care pathway or equivalent
- Positive and confident approach to engaging with children and young people
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours
