Job Description
ActioNet is seeking a Tier 2 Junior IT Specialist to provide on-site and remote technical support for users in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree, 1–2 years of IT or help desk experience, and a strong customer service mindset. The role involves installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems while adhering to established procedures.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience providing IT or help desk support in an enterprise environment.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and networking fundamentals.
- Help maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate tracking of equipment.
