Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing at a DTC or digital-first brand
• Experience managing or contributing to owned community spaces
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs
• Data-literate with a clear grasp of LTV, churn, repurchase rate, and customer psychology
