We are seeking a customer-obsessed Retention Strategist to help deepen loyalty, drive repeat purchases, and turn one-time shoppers into lifelong brand evangelists at an award-winning beauty company.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing at a DTC or digital-first brand
- Experience managing or contributing to owned community spaces
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs
- Data-literate with a clear grasp of LTV, churn, repurchase rate, and how to move those metrics
- A deep understanding of customer psychology and how to create emotional resonance through messaging
- Clear and confident communicator with strong copywriting instincts
- Highly organized and proactive—comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for customer experience, beauty culture, and brand storytelling
