Job Description
Active Minds is seeking an experienced Manager of Equity and Inclusion to join its team. The Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and assessing equity and inclusion projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Public Health, Counseling, Education)
- 3-5 years of direct experience executing on goals and deliverables for diversity, equity, inclusion projects
- Understand of and be able to speak to systemic structures that perpetuate and/or contribute to mental health disparities, particularly for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ youth, young adults and communities
- Experience working with youth and young adults (ages 14-25), particularly BIPOC and LGBTQ+
