AMB Sports and Entertainment seeks a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager to lead DEIB initiatives, foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, and advance the organization's DEIB strategic plan.
Requirements
- Provide strategic oversight and governance for Associate Resource Groups (ARGs)
- Collaborate with the Learning and Engagement team to curate and deliver DEIB learning and education experiences
- Act as a strategic DEIB advisor to Creative and Marketing teams
- Lead enterprise DEIB communications and programming
- Translate DEIB strategy into compelling internal and external storytelling
- Own and maintain the DEIB SharePoint site
- Independently scope, plan, and execute on impactful projects
- Critically interpret data and make recommendations for DEIB decision-making
- Establish relationships with key internal and external partners
- Partner with the CHRO and Talent Acquisition team on inclusive recruiting efforts
