Lead Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate lead cook to join our culinary team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant or similar environment and be experienced in all cooking stations and methods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of four years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
• ServeSafe Certification (or willing to obtain within the three-month introductory period)
• Experienced in all cooking stations and methods
