Job Description
Technical Support Analyst responsible for installing PC hardware and software, mobile device systems, and peripherals, as well as troubleshooting and resolving user problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Computer Science or MIS with high achievement or significant relevant work experience
- Exposure and/or experience in computer software and hardware installation, operating systems, mobile devices, and troubleshooting skills
- Network technical training or equivalent and experience in network communications desirable
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Reside within a 1-hour radius of the Acuity CHQ
