ACV is a technology company that has revolutionized how dealers buy and sell cars online. We are looking for a Sr Sales Excellence Manager to lead the rhythm of the business (ROB) for one of three sales areas and define and land clear and consistent sales processes. The role involves driving sales discipline and accountability, continuously coaching and influencing Inside Sales managers to drive sales excellence improvements, and using business insights and KPIs to benchmark performance and define actions needed to grow the business.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years’ program or project management experience in fast-growing organizations with a track record of
- 5+ years’ success sales manager or sales operations experience highly preferable.
- Self-starter thriving in environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders with different charters
- Experience with Sales and Marketing operations preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills tailored to audience needs
- LEAN/Six Sigma certification highly preferred
- Up to 15% travel
