Part-Time Director of Contemporary Worship Ministry at Church of the Good Shepherd

The Director of Contemporary Worship Ministry is responsible for shaping, managing, and coordinating all aspects of the Contemporary Worship Service at Church of the Good Shepherd. This includes musical direction, creative service design, and integration of multi-sensory elements.

Requirements

• Strong Christian faith and commitment to teaching others about Jesus Christ
• Understanding of the purpose and goals of the Contemporary Service
• Ability to lead the Design Team and coordinate worship services
• Musical ability and knowledge of contemporary worship forms
• Good communication and organizational skills
