Director - Key Accounts

The Director - Key Accounts will develop and execute strategies to increase AD Ports Group revenue, review key clients proposals, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. They will also contribute to market research, oversee key account management processes, and track key accounts performance.

Requirements

• Work with Corporate Commercial Leaders to develop and execute strategies
• Review key clients proposals and supervise effectiveness
• Contribute to market data and trends research
• Work with other departments to provide best services to key clients
• Act as primary point of contact for key accounts
• Transition key accounts into Global accounts
• Oversee key account management processes
• Track and report key accounts performance
• Attend trade shows and industry events
