AdaptHealth is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive organizational effectiveness through aligned HR strategies, talent initiatives, and change management. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering with them to build high-performing teams, enhance employee engagement, and support business objectives through comprehensive people solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP or HR leadership role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
- Healthcare industry experience
- Multi-state HR operations experience
- Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with change management methodologies and organizational development frameworks
- Background in talent acquisition or recruiting strategy
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
- Proven track record developing and implementing successful talent and organizational strategies
- Experience managing complex employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
