Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their global HRBP team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of direct HRBP experience, preferably in fast-growing, global technology, media, or entertainment companies.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of direct HR Business Partner experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred but not required
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and sound judgment
- Ability to work with both onsite and distributed remote teams effectively
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Experience building, evolving, and scaling HR processes and programs
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; comfortable acting as a change agent
- Solid project management capabilities
- High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
- Experience using Workday and other HR systems and tools, along with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
