Senior HR Business Partner

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their global HRBP team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of direct HRBP experience, preferably in fast-growing, global technology, media, or entertainment companies.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of direct HR Business Partner experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred but not required
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and sound judgment
• Ability to work with both onsite and distributed remote teams effectively
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines
• Experience building, evolving, and scaling HR processes and programs
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; comfortable acting as a change agent
• Solid project management capabilities
• High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
• Experience using Workday and other HR systems and tools, along with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
