Job Description
Adaptive is a cybersecurity startup focused on preventing AI-powered cyberattacks. They are growing their Customer Success team and are looking for a foundational role to define and shape customer onboarding processes. This position is key to ensuring customers see immediate and lasting value from their platform and contributing to rapid scalability.
Requirements
- Own all aspects of customer implementation, onboarding, and support.
- Conduct kick-off calls with new customers to ensure a successful setup.
- Act as the first responder for customer-reported issues.
- Proactively monitor support channels and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with Engineering to resolve complex issues.
- Partner with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing product feedback.
