Job Description
Adaptive is a cybersecurity startup seeking a Customer Success Manager to define and shape the onboarding and support processes for their platform. This role will be the first line of defense for clients, owning all aspects of implementation, troubleshooting, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a problem-solver, and passionate about building scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Implementation, Client Support, or similar role at a SaaS company
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
