- Demonstrates Extreme Acquisition Drive and Resilience
- Experience & Domain: Minimum 4+ years of uninterrupted experience in 100% cold Field Sales Hunter roles
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate the monthly GMV quota into a clear, daily execution plan
- Demonstrated Track Record: History of consistently over-executing the sales quota (110%+) in purely outbound environments
- Self-Starter/Owner’s Mindset: Acts as a self-starter who proactively identifies low-performing zones or pitch failures
- Advanced Operational Discipline & Data Ownership: Deep understanding and practical mastery of CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Rapid Closing & Activation Expertise: Deep understanding of the Merchant's pain points and the ability to articulate Addi's value proposition
