FP&A Manager

Requirements

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial model for Addi's banking/CF operations
• Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of a modern FP&A platform and tool
• Customize and optimize the ERP system to maximize reporting flexibility, automation, and analytical insights
• Build and deepen strategic business partnership relationships with leaders across all functional areas
• Proactively identify gaps and strengths in the business and create a process for analyzing and driving strategic investments, bets, and decisions
