Advance Industrial Mechanical (AIM) is a trusted leader in commercial HVAC services, seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and develop strategic relationships in industrial and commercial fields. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in HVAC systems, a deep understanding of commercial and industrial environments, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the HVAC, mechanical engineering, or industrial sectors
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to lift up to 80+ pounds, work from a ladder, scaffolding, man-lift, and other equipment, and be exposed to various environmental factors
