Requirements
- Answers incoming telephone calls on a multi-line telephone system.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Gather and post co-pays.
- Maintain patient records and document interactions.
- Confirm patient appointments.
- Prepare and provide patient files.
- Type correspondence and office memos.
- Transcribe patient visits for medical reports.
- Ensure patients check out.
