Job Description
Advocare, LLC is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. The role involves greeting patients, managing communications, providing customer service, and supporting administrative/scheduling functions within a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a professional workspace.
Requirements
- Answer incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Transfer calls and take accurate messages
- Greet patients and visitors
- Collect and post co-pays
- Check patients out and follow protocol
- Notify the doctor of cancellations
- Type correspondence and office memos
- Prepare charts and paperwork
