Associate General Counsel - Governance and Transactions Practice Group

Advocate Health seeks an experienced and proactive attorney to join the Advocate Health Legal Department as Associate General Counsel with a focus on Governance and Transactions. The position will provide advice and counsel to the Advocate Health enterprise related to corporate and transactional activities, including corporate governance matters, transactions, and other strategic system initiatives.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state in the United States
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a corporate/transactional practice in a law firm or as in-house counsel with health law experience preferred
