Cook

The Cook position at Aurora Medical Center Manitowoc County is responsible for preparing food according to established guidelines and maintaining time and production records. The cook will measure and mix ingredients, use kitchen utensils and equipment, and follow safe food handling techniques.

Requirements

• High School Graduate (or equivalent knowledge)
• 3 years of experience in food production in settings such as a hotel, restaurant or high end institutional environment
• ServSafe Food Handler certification issued by the National Restaurant Association
