Executive Concierge Care- Patient Advocate

The Patient Advocate for Executive Concierge Care provides high-level customer service and administrative support to ensure exceptional patient experience, coordinating patient flow, scheduling, communication, documentation, referral management, and logistical support for Executive Physicals and concierge services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year medical receptionist experience preferred
• Experience with medical terminology, data entry, computer skills required
• Proficient typing and accurate spelling required
• Experience or familiarity with other CAM therapies preferred
