Requirements
- Certified Advance Practice Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- 3-5 years of experience providing social work services in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and/or team-based projects and initiatives
