Job Description
The Vice President Executive Compensation will develop and execute a comprehensive executive compensation strategy to support the organization's purpose, commitments, and evolving business model. The role will serve as the primary liaison to the Chief People & Culture Officer, SVP of Total Rewards, and executive compensation consultant as they interact with the Board Compensation & Benefits Committee.
Requirements

- Serve as the primary liaison to the Chief People & Culture Officer, SVP of Total Rewards, and executive compensation consultant
- Prepare materials, analyses, and presentations related to executive pay, benchmarking, base salary planning, performance-based incentives, compliance activities, and governance best practices
