Job Description
Vice President, Total Rewards position at Alterra Mountain Company, leading the Total Rewards function and serving as a strategic advisor on decisions that support the organization’s long-term growth and success. Responsible for the strategy, design, and execution of the company’s compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in total rewards or related fields
- 4-6 years of executive leadership experience
- Extensive experience with public company compensation and benefits practices
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Master’s degree a plus
