The Service Desk Technician provides day-to-day technical support and helps manage the organization's IT systems. The role works across both Mac and Windows environments and supports users, maintains systems, and assists with IT operations across all departments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (BA/BS degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of related work experience
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) or user account management concepts
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues on macOS, Windows, and iPhone (primarily macOS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external staff and build relationships
- Ability to follow structured workflows for QA and User Acceptance Testing
- Knowledge of servers and system troubleshooting
- Knowledge of the music industry preferred
