Job Description
AEM (Advanced Environmental Monitoring) is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to provide support and onboarding for their suite of innovative weather, wildfire, and water monitoring solutions. The role involves technical support, software implementation, training, and troubleshooting. This position reports to the Customer Success Manager and requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Degree or certificate in business, science, technology, engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer support within the technology industry
- Demonstrated ability to support customer lifecycle events (implementation, onboarding, training, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Knowledge of/interest in software configuration and Internet communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly responsive with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
