Job Description
Affinity Petcare is seeking a Process Leader for their Mantova plant to refine manufacturing processes, drive efficiency, and uphold a commitment to excellence. This role focuses on sustaining and guiding Cell Manager in deploying Manufacturing Excellence capabilities, diagnosing process issues, and optimizing output. The specialist will work on preventative loss prevention and process optimization.
Requirements
- Develop a loss map for cell production lines and define a masterplan for autonomous maintenance.
- Actively coach team members on loss analysis and process adherence.
