We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our Customer Experience (CX) Directorate on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role will support managers and employees with a wide range of HR matters, helping to ensure fair, consistent, and policy-compliant decision making in a demanding and fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Experience in an HR Advisor or similar role with strong employment law knowledge
- Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload with competing priorities
- Confident in triaging requests, prioritising, and pushing back when needed
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience in employee relations, absence, and performance management
