Requirements
- Experience in a similar HR Advisor or generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced operational or logistics environment
- Able to build trusted relationships at all levels and challenge with credibility and professionalism
- Confident advising on policies, employee relations and change management, with excellent attention to detail
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards this
