Senior Director, Product Management

Affirm is seeking a Senior Director of Consumer Risk product to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution across Credit, Pricing, and Fraud within Checkout. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership roles on fast-paced teams driving responsible, sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for Consumer Risk within Checkout
• Translate Affirm's mission into a clear product roadmap that balances growth, risk, customer trust, and platform scalability
• Lead and scale a team of Product Managers owning distinct Consumer Risk surface areas
• Partner closely with Machine Learning, Analytics, and Engineering to shape model-driven product experiences
• Drive quantitative storytelling—using data, experiments, and modeling to inform strategy, influence stakeholders, and guide tradeoffs
• Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring risk experiences are transparent, fair, and intuitive for consumers
