RVP, PLADS

We are seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) for our PLADS division, based in Farmington, CT. As an RVP, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with national account producers, developing and executing sales plans to increase sales revenue and market share, and contributing to the organization's overall strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Life and Health Licenses required
• 5-7 years of experience in group benefits sales to large and national employers
• Minimum 3-5 years of absence management sales experience
• 5 or more years of experience with top national size segment producers within assigned territory
