RVP, PLADS

Aflac is seeking a RVP, PLADS to join their team. The role requires a self-motivated individual with a demonstrated successful sales record, proficiency in underwriting, risk analysis, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employee Benefits, specifically Absence Mgt, Disability and Life.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Life and Health Licenses
• 5-7+ years experience successfully selling Group Benefits to large and national employers
• Minimum 3-5 years of absence management sales experience including FMLA and PFML experience
• 5+ Years Experience with top national size segment producers within the territory assigned
