RVP, PLADS

The RVP, PLADS role at Aflac involves establishing and maintaining relationships with key National Account Producers to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Life and Health Licenses
• 5-7 years of experience in sales, including 3-5 years of absence management sales experience
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in underwriting, risk analysis, and associated financials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
