Benefits Specialists

We are looking for a Benefits Specialist with experience in US health and welfare benefits and an understanding of federal and state leave administration to join our Global Benefits COE.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of benefit plan design
• Adeptness at interpreting relevant laws
• Proven skill in addressing issues within benefits framework, regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
• In-depth understanding of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits under ERISA and leave laws
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint
• Practical experience using Ben-Admin enrollment and leave management systems
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills with proven success evaluating processes
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
