We are looking for a Benefits Specialist with experience in US health and welfare benefits and an understanding of federal and state leave administration to join our Global Benefits COE.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of benefit plan design
- Adeptness at interpreting relevant laws
- Proven skill in addressing issues within benefits framework, regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
- In-depth understanding of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefits under ERISA and leave laws
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint
- Practical experience using Ben-Admin enrollment and leave management systems
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills with proven success evaluating processes
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
