We're looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist to join our People Team and support the administration of our employee benefits, leave of absence programs, and accommodation requests.
Requirements
- 3-8 years in benefits administration or related HR operations
- Prior experience administering reasonable accommodations
- Strong understanding of US benefit plans, HR policies and programs, with some knowledge of employment law and workplace compliance standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in HRIS platforms and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion in learning and problem solving in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
