Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leave Program Specialist to join our Total Rewards team! The role oversees and administers leave requests, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and provides support to employees and management regarding leave policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ideally 5-7 years of experience in HR specifically in leave administration
- Extensive knowledge of leave requirements and legal protections under FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws
