6+ years of experience running cross-functional development for consumer digital products, experience owning and driving Agile development processes across multiple teams or pods, and strong project management skills with experience managing schedules, scope, and resources

5+ years of product management experience, proven track record of driving measurable impact, strong analytical skills

Graduate or 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student, available at least 25 hours per week for 10 weeks, comfortable with repetitive tasks and attention to detail

Must be a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or graduate student with experience in AI chatbots and conversational AI

Analytical and problem-solving skills, interest in using data to inform product decisions, excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or graduate student with an understanding of computer science fundamentals and ability to work in a team environment

5+ years of Zendesk experience, strong knowledge of support automation tools, and experience leading technical projects

7+ years DevOps experience. Strong Kubernetes skills, Infrastructure as Code, and scripting proficiency. Familiarity with secure deployment practices

Must be a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or graduate student with a minimum 3.0 GPA, available at least 25 hours per week for 10 weeks, and comfortable with social media and film production

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong SQL skills, and experience with Python or a scripting language required
