Ventilation Technician

We value you and your skills, and are seeking a Ventilation Technician to join our team at the Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON. As a Ventilation Technician, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the mine ventilation network, reviewing mine ventilation plans, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Mining Engineering Technician or Technologist Diploma, or Mining Engineering Degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Including Outlook, Excel and Word
• Ability to work alone for extended periods of time underground
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with AutoCad, and Amine
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Reliable and self-managing
• Strong people skills and an ability to work in a team environment
