Data Management Head

Role Overview

Responsible for supporting specific functional / business areas in terms of information system needs. Leads team in testing data loads, data pipelines, and changes to database schema and common data models.

What You Will Do

Develops and implements comprehensive Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures. Ensures business requirements and capabilities for data are supported and leads the architectural strategies and implementation.

Requirements

• Team leadership: ability to engage and retain team and drive performance delivery
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Project and process management
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a degree with relevant disciplines such as information management, mathematics/ statistics, and business information systems
• At least 10 years experience in IT / data analysis and management including 5+ years professional experience as a data function leader
• Strong experience in data analysis or data management activities
• Experience in data management programs and business analytics or data visualization software
