Resident Relations Specialist

AIR Communities is seeking a Resident Relations Specialist to provide world-class customer service and problem-solving techniques to enhance the resident experience. The ideal candidate will focus on resident retention and experience, manage the resident renewal process, and provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents.

Requirements

• 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong customer service/ Retail/ Hospitality/ Restaurant or Sales background
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• A reliable mode of transportation
