Job Description
Manage sales growth and profitability in line with corporate plan, develop sales strategies, and lead distribution channels. Requires experience in sales and distribution, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to travel extensively.

- Formulate and implement business strategies
- Secure continued growth by managing existing accounts and identifying new channels
- Set and achieve sales targets
- Gather market intelligence and monitor industry developments
- Maintain understanding of governmental and regulatory issues
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance
- Develop sales strategies and set sales targets
- Provide perspectives on global trends and analyse trends to identify business opportunities and threats
- Lead and manage distribution channels and teams
- Maintain existing and develop new trade customer relationships
- Oversee operations of sales support teams
