Job Description
The Senior Rewards & Performance Partner is responsible for designing, developing, and managing Capital A’s total rewards and performance frameworks to drive a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Lead the design and development of total rewards strategies
- Oversee benefits programmes
- Build and strengthen the linkage between performance and rewards
- Partner with business leaders and People teams to drive effective performance management processes
- Develop and manage incentive and bonus frameworks
- Analyse rewards and performance data
- Ensure governance, compliance, and consistency across all rewards and performance practices
- Support annual cycles
