Responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs to support regional objectives and ensure competitive market positioning for the Asia Pacific region. Leads the design and governance of broad-based, incentive, and specialized compensation plans, and ensures compliance with compensation policies, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Develop and implement compensation programs to support regional objectives
- Provide analytical and technical support in the design and implementation of the organization's compensation strategy
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies, regulations, and best practices
- Provide HR and management with ongoing consultation and develops plans, programs, processes and tools to effectively manage competitive and compliant programs
- Design, implement, and administer base pay, incentive, and other rewards programs
- Provide compensation counsel and support to HR Business Partners and collaborates with department managers and business leaders
- Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, and recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems
- Recommend organization salary structure movements and salary increase budgets, and administer annual compensation programs such as merit cycle
- Provide guidance, advice, analysis, and training of Human Resources departments in connection with compensation policies
