Job Description
Senior Manager, Total Rewards at Insulet to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive reward strategy for APAC region, integrating reward strategy and flawless execution in partnership with HR Operations and Advisory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Substantial experience with international compensation and benefits programs
- Ability to work independently to solution complex reward issues and queries
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Manufacturing / Operations sector experience
