Manager, Total Rewards

As Manager, Total Rewards, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the Rewards and Well Being framework, supporting initiatives across performance management, rewards, and benefits. This role offers a unique blend of strategic design and hands-on execution, spanning diverse programs across multiple geographies.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• IHRP certification preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT/Tech, ICT, or professional services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills
• Good understanding of compensation structures, benefits practices, and job evaluation methodologies across APAC markets
