Manager, Rewards

We are seeking a talented and experienced Rewards Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team based in Singapore. The Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative reward programs and strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in compensation and benefits is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in rewards management, with a clear track record of success in developing and delivering effective reward programs.
• Knowledge of global rewards principles and practices, including compensation structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
